Sharon graduated Stanford and Harvard Business School and founded McKinsey’s Media and Entertainment Practice. She was elected the Firm’s third woman Partner, then enticed to become President of Cablevision’s cable programming company, creating and leading networks like AMC, Bravo, and Sports Channels; and eventually founded her own entrepreneurial company, The Sharon Patrick Company, then co-founded Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia. Sharon designed MSO’s business model, led its highly successful IPO, and went on to become the Company’s President and CEO. Today, philanthropy is Sharon’s interest. She is deeply involved in ecology and animal protection, cultural arts, inner city education, and politics.
